What types of window treatments does Sun Glow offer?
Sun Glow provides a wide range of custom window treatments, including roller shades, solar shades, blackout shades, dual shades, Interlude (zebra) shades, Illusions (silhouette) shades, panel tracks, and graphic shades. Each product is designed to meet specific light, privacy, and aesthetic needs, ensuring the perfect solution for every space.
How can I customize my window treatments?
Our products are fully customizable, from fabric choice to operating system and finishing options. Choose from a variety of colours, patterns, and textures, along with manual, motorized, or automated operation. Consult our team to explore your customization options.
What is the Interlude shade, and what makes it unique?
Interlude shades combine sheer and opaque fabric bands, providing adjustable privacy and light control with a sleek, contemporary style. This unique design allows you to easily control the atmosphere in any room.
Are your shades compatible with smart home systems?
Yes! Many of our motorized shades are compatible with smart home systems, including Somfy’s Digital Network, RTS, and animeo IP systems. You can also connect our motorized shades to common smart home systems such as Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and Apple Home. Smart home integrations allow for seamless control via smartphones, voice commands, or automated schedules.
How can I place an order with Sun Glow?
Orders by dealers are primarily placed through our online system, designed to streamline the process and reduce errors. If needed, dealer orders can also be sent via email or fax. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via direct deposit, e-transfer, and credit card (with a 2% admin fee for orders over $10,000). Direct deposits and e-transfers receive a 1% discount on the payment amount.
Is financing available for large projects?
Yes, approved partners may be eligible for credit terms after an application process. Contact our finance department at acctg@mysunglow.com for more details.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Lead times vary based on customization and order complexity. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an estimated completion date. If materials are back-ordered, we will notify you immediately.
What is your freight policy?
All shipments are F.O.B. Sun Glow factory. For products over 102 inches, special LTL shipping charges may apply.
What is your return policy?
Returns must be authorized and accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact customer service within 30 days of receipt for assistance. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Are custom orders refundable?
Due to the customized nature of our products, custom orders cannot be refunded after 24 hours of confirmation.
What warranty coverage does Sun Glow offer?
We provide a limited lifetime warranty for the original purchaser. Specific components, such as Somfy motors, have a 5-year warranty. For details on coverage and exclusions, please refer to our warranty documentation.
