Technical Details

What size can be printed without a seam?

We can print an unseamed image up to 53″ wide and up to the full length of the roll. With seaming, the image size is virtually limitless.

What are the image requirements?

Artwork should be at least 100 dpi (dots per inch) at the intended scale for printing. 300 dpi or higher is recommended for the crispest quality graphics. Vector format artwork is infinitely scalable and ideal for patterns and typography.

Which file formats are accepted?

We accept files in: TIFF, JPEG, PSD, EPS, AI, Corel Draw, Freehand, Quark Xpress, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat (PDF). Contact customer service for assistance on how to send us larger files or to inquire about other file formats.

Which textures are available?

Smooth finish wallpaper will yield the best results for colour clarity and crisp details. A variety of textured wallpapers are also available to suit different aesthetic preferences as well as disguise imperfections in wall surfaces.

Which are the adhesive/installation options?

Adhesive options include PSA vinyl “peel and stick” as well as traditional paper with paste. Which adhesive is suitable for your project will depend on the installation surface. All surfaces for installation are recommended to be primed in advance.

What kind of fire ratings and eco-friendly options are available?

We offer a variety of wallpapers that are fire-resistant, eco-friendly and recyclable, and low in VOCs. Prints also use biodegradable inks.
